Kayley Gillitzer

Certified EFL Practitioner & Peer Specialist

“I’ve faced many challenges in my life, and those experiences allow me to walk beside you with hope and understanding. By partnering with our horses and our team, you can heal and learn life skills that lead to a healthier life and build a stronger community.”

My "Why"

At nine years old, sitting in a counselor’s office in Fairbanks, Alaska, I shared a dream: I wanted to help people heal, but not in an office. I imagined a space outdoors, with horses, where people could finally feel safe enough to just be.

It took me time to get here because I had to find my own way first. I spent years in "survival mode" before I learned how to truly connect and heal. That journey re-ignited a fire in me to help others find their way back to themselves—what I call their True North.

I am passionate about teaching kids and adults the tools to thrive now, creating a foundation of connection and healthy coping skills that will benefit them for a lifetime.

No Story is Too Heavy

I’ve walked alongside people facing PTSD, trauma, grief, and addiction—as well as those navigating codependency and complex family or relationship dynamics. I also welcome those who are simply feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or just "stuck."

Nothing surprises me. Whether you are navigating your darkest season or just want to spend a sunny afternoon building life skills with a horse, there is room for you here.

I am here to walk with you and create a space for learning. Let’s find your True North together.
